I, Patricia Coonan, the Owner and Operator have more than 15 years office experience and Local Government experience in various roles and areas including customer service, personal assistance, senior administration, program coordination, education and training, team management, research and development, major events management and project coordination. I hold a Diploma of Management, a Certificate 3 in Office Administration and a partial Diploma of Government.
